Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Cloud Kiln in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials, access keys, or sensitive information shared during service delivery.

8. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
Late payments may incur interest charges
Services may be suspended for non-payment

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination:

All outstanding fees become immediately due
Each party will return or destroy confidential information
Ongoing work will be completed or transitioned as agreed

10. Modifications to Terms

Cloud Kiln reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law
